                                            Job description<br />For our business in Milan, Italy we are currently looking for a German speaking Solution Coach (male/female) for an important partner in the cosmetics industry, L’Oréal Group. You’ll join a well-established and high performing project looking to achieve success on our long-term strategy. <br />As a Solution Coach you’ll be responsible for giving quality support to your team, in order to deliver exceptional service to the clients. You will do this by motivating and coaching, developing effective measures of supervision and training, regarding the development of your staff. You will also in charge to ensure optimal compliance with agreements while always putting people first and performing the necessary day to day tasks.<br /><br />Responsibilities<br />• Support the performance of audits and monitoring of CSRs to ensure compliance with previously established service quality criteria.<br />• Detect training needs and improvement areas for CSR’s.<br />• Make individual feedback meetings with the CSRs in follow-up to comment and show them what they should improve in their telephone procedures.<br />• Attend and participate in training plans that are established in the company for recycling and development<br />• Support the preparation of reports on the quantitative aspects of CSR monitoring for analysis.<br />• Prepare manuals, content and training plans about the market and update existing ones by selecting real examples (monitoring) for use in training activities.   <br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Requirements<br />• Work experience in coaching, ability to motivate team members<br />• Knowledge and experience in Customer Service field<br />• Strong administration and organization skills<br />• Very good PC skills - proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office<br />• Excellent communication skills &amp; high focus on customer satisfaction<br />• Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork<br />• Excellent language skills (C1) in German and English (verbal, reading, writing - mandatory).
