We are growing and currently willing to expand our team. We are on the look-out for an enthusiast and dynamic individual to join us as a Recruitment Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and interviewing candidates and matching them to permanent or temporary positions with our client companies.
Building and developing relationships with clients.
Advertise vacancies through medias.
Executive search for talented individuals.
Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
Drawing up short-lists.
Negotiating contracts and profiles with the companies.
Assisting client companies with HRM requirements.
Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies.
Helping applicants to prepare for interviews.
Ambitious, confident, and results driven.
Both strong communications and negotiating skills.
Be a good team player.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and to work to deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Career Guidance, Marketing, Business or a related field.
Enjoy responsibility and working in a high-pressure environment.
Have a previous experience in recruiting or HR management areas.
