Dear Friend,
My name is Giftson Paul, and I am a professional yoga teacher and fitness trainer.
I am from the South of India (Tamil Nadu) and would like to invite you to join my classes that we re going to design together according to yuor needs and expectations.
The first class (60 minutes) is always free, so that you may experience my method and decide freely. I teach in English, in Skype and in Zoom, both with demo and cueing.
