Role Summary
As a Guest Experience / Restaurant Service Associate, you will welcome guests, provide attentive table service, support smooth restaurant operations, and ensure every guest feels cared for—from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-end service in the hotel restaurant according to 5-star standards
• Welcome guests warmly, present menus and specials confidently, and assist with recommendations
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, flawless service
• Maintain a polished appearance, professional etiquette, and a calm, helpful attitude
• Set up and maintain restaurant sections (tables, cutlery, glassware, mise en place)
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally; escalate issues when needed
• Support team members during peak periods while maintaining consistency and quality
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible service procedures
• Assist with basic service tasks such as clearing, resetting tables, and coordinating billing support (where applicable)
Requirements
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant service (luxury/5-star experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm, positive attitude
• Flexibility with working hours, weekends, and evenings
• Languages:
• Fluent in Italian (essential)
• English (required)
• Additional languages (German/French) are a strong advantage
