Aiming to strengthen our Oil & Gas Department for an important project based in Lombardia, Italy, we are recruiting a:

PROCUREMENT SUPPORT – OIL & GAS
Job location: North East Milan area

Role Overview:
- Collect and manage the Purchase Specification received from Engineering and Manufacturing Departments;
- Controlling and maintaining project records of incoming and outgoing documents;
- Work in strict co-operation with the Procurement Manager and Engineering team to ensure consistency of the documentation;
- Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard;
- Performs final check on documents by following Company’s document control process and procedures.

Specialized Knowledge / Skills:
- Italian and English both spoken and written fluent;
- Good communication skills;
- Good interpersonal relationship management skills;
- Ability to work in a team and effective in coordination;
- Experience in managing technical documentation;
- Good knowledge of Windows applications;
- Good knowledge of Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good ability to use PDF file managers (Acrobat)
